New Windows 10 Computer Setup

New Windows 10 Computer/Laptop Setup

You’ve received a new computer\laptop and an Indus tech needs to set it up for you or another employee. The first time you turn it on, you’ll be asked to go through a set-up process to create a user account and password for the computer.

We recommend you do the following:

  1. Select Set up for personal use

2.     Click on Offline Account


3.     Click on Limited Experience


4.   Enter the following credentials for the username and password:

User name:       IndusAdmin

Password:         1Password


For all 3 security questions, type Indus for all answers

5.   Select NO > Decline 


Uncheck ALL options, then click on Accept to complete the set up.

6.   Open the web browser and go to:
